Why can't I post online reviews?

Protecting our customer's online information is our top priority so all our customer information, feedbacks & inquiries are handled in a confidential manner between our store and our customer.  We do not release any customer information to the public.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

The estimated fulfillment time is within 3-5 business days after you place your order.  All orders are sent via USPS.

The shipping time depends on your location. In case your package is past the estimated delivery time we’ll be happy to look into this for you.  Please send an email to braindoodlebooks@gmail.com

Where will my order ship from?

All our products are shipped from the USA.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.  All our products are currently available to be shipped anywhere in the USA only.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

PRO TIP: Package theft is on the rise - if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.  Please send an email to braindoodlebooks@gmail.com

All our products are Made in the USA.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.  Or please feel free to email us at braindoodlebooks@gmail.com to inquire.

What is your Refund & Return Policy?

All our products are eligible for Refunds and Exchanges.  Products MUST BE  UNUSED to be eligible for Refunds and Exchanges.  

Please send an email to braindoodlebooks.com if you are:

1) returning a purchased product and requesting a refund 

OR

2) returning a purchased product in exchange for another item 

If you are returning a purchased product and requesting a refund, we will refund you 100% of the product cost minus shipping and any applicable taxes.  Product MUST BE UNUSED to be eligible for a Refund.  Please email your request at braindoodlebooks@gmail.com

If you're returning a purchased product in exchange for another item, please send an email to braindoodlebooks@gmail.com and we will send you the new item you chose at no cost to you.  Product MUST BE UNUSED to be eligible to Exchange.
